There is a thread that weaves its way through all the noise and agitation we create or come upon. It swerves like a sash of life preserved from the Beginning.
It oscillates like the high tide line on the shore, reminding me to breathe, to supple, to tend to the subtle that always welcomes me home to my body and the pulse of this mysterious earth.
This is the line where when I read it I had an internal shiver radiate in my sternum. Then. read the whole poem, again, and I heard an internal yes. Then I read the poem aloud to myself and it read like a soft step on the forest floor.
The feeling comes more and more for me now. I believe it is the calling of our time. To attune to our hearts and harmonize like the mycelium do.
This is lovely. Thank you for the beautiful reminder of the power of stillness.
Yes. The inner stillness feels like light.
It oscillates like the high tide line on the shore, reminding me to breathe, to supple, to tend to the subtle that always welcomes me home to my body and the pulse of this mysterious earth.
So well said. Coming home to my body and harmonizing all the layers of my being has been such a journey... so far...
I spent a week with Mark last month at a “Friendship” retreat via Modern Elder Academy in Cabo.
The workshop, and Mark’s leadership, contribution, and facilitation, were incredibly life-giving and the entire experience was soul-nourishing.
Give yourself a gift of a lifetime and enroll in one of these experiences with Mark.
Sounds amazing!
What a beautiful poem. I recognize all threads and althoug not the same, they are all one.
For me it's a silent whisper dreaming the soul into life.
An open and honest exploration, thank you.
"And those
beholden to Spirit know it as
the shimmering stream where
all souls drink.

Thank you for sharing your poem.
